Brief introduction to the dry ball mill
Dry ball mill is the key equipment to grind the material after crushing. The ball mill is one of the high fine grinding machines widely used in industrial production. Ball mills are suitable for grinding all kinds of ores and other materials. They are widely used in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industry, and can be divided into two kinds of grinding methods, dry and wet. According to the different ways of discharging, it can be divided into two types: grid type and overflow type.
Working principle of dry ball mill equipment
The dry type ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotary device, the outer gear drive, the two warehouse, the grid type ball mill. The material is made of the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feed into the first silo of the mill. There are stepped lining or corrugated lining in the silo, with different specifications of steel ball in it. The cylinder is rotated to produce centrifugal force to drop the ball to a certain height and produce heavy blow and grinding to the material. After rough grinding, the material enters the second storehouse through a single storehouse board. It has a flat lining plate and a steel ball, which further grinds the material. The powder is discharged through the discharging grate plate to finish the grinding operation.
Structural characteristics of dry ball mill
The dry ball mill consists of feeding parts, discharging parts, rotary parts, transmission parts (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of steel castings, and the inner lining can be detachable. The rotating large gear is machined by casting hobbing, and the wear-resistant lining plate is embedded in the barrel body, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and works reliably.
According to the material and discharge way, dry ball mill and wet grid type ball mill can be selected.
