Brief introduction: The steam tube bundle dryer is a kind of indirect conductive drying equipment. It is suitable for handling all kinds of paste, powder and granular materials with good thermal stability. At the same time, the machine can also be widely used for heating decomposition of crystalline water materials and high temperature calcination of some special materials.
Main heat carrier: saturated steam, heat conducting oil and hot water.
Typical application: suitable for large quantity and continuous drying materials such as gypsum, HDPE, PTA, POM, Cyanamid, vinyl chloride, ABS resin, copper powder, iron powder, nickel powder, lead powder and all kinds of non-sticky mineral powder, coal powder, coke and carbon powder and ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, urea, calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and so on.
Working principle: the raw material is sent to the dryer by the feeder. The dryer is a rotating cylinder which is slightly inclined to the horizontal line, the material is added from the higher end, the material is out from the lower end, and the wet material is fully contacted with the heating surface in the process of moving the cylinder forward, and the drying or calcining of the wet material is completed.
